"Tap into it!"
A short and direct quote is the slogan I would use for a campaign for tap water. I would have an images of a faucet before the "Tap into it!" so that people can understand what the slogan is referencing to. I think that adding a description of the goal of the campaign would sell people on the idea. Providing statistics that show most people prefer tap water taste over bottled water, cost, and accessibility would be another selling point. Statistics are big drivers because people like to see numbers and if they think it's better for them the will most likely turn to what is best for them.

Hi Iliana,
ReplyDeleteI love the simplicity of your campaign slogan. I also think it is a great idea to add that visual along with your slogan, so the public has a better understanding of what the slogan is referring to . Like you mentioned, providing statistics that support your campaign is a great way to persuade an audience.
Hi Iliana,
ReplyDeleteI also love how simple your slogan is. It's catchy and I'm sure after hearing it, it will generate curiosity for people to look into what it means, and the importance of drinking tap water. I've found that in public health programs, it's important to try to engage the reader/viewer and make them interested in what you're trying to sell/educate them on. I also agree that visuals and stats will be incredibly helpful, since the goal of our programs would be to educate first and foremost.
Thanks again!
